Mostly celery with a tinge of sweet sourness from hibiscus and some heat from jalapeno, these bitters carry a medley of intense flavors. The savory bitterness of burdock root helps to balance the experience. This recipe adds an extra pop to your bloody mary’s, clean and/or dirty martinis, etc.
Store in cool, dark place. Shake before use. Sediment does not change the quality or taste of the bitters.
